Drive
Cardiff is easy to reach via the M4 motorway. Our training facility is only a 10-minute drive away from the city centre.
Bus
Hop on the 92, 93 or 94 bus from the city centre, and you’ll be at our Cardiff training centre in 20 minutes. Get off at the Llandough Hill stop - we’re just a short walk up the road!
Cycle
Get your helmet on and take an easy ride down Penarth Road from the city centre – you’ll get to us in less than 15 minutes.
